Between 2016 and 2021, I assembled investor reports for Kane Realty Corporation’s flagship property, North Hills. These reports were communicated through email marketing campaigns, which utilized MailChimp, and targeted investors, stakeholders, and prospects. Serving a dual purpose, these reports offered information about North Hills for existing investment partners while generating excitement about future projects and investment opportunities.
